Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR REFERRAL WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Play Ready Golf Refer & Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Play Ready Golf LLC (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
Play Ready Golf LLC, Cedarville, Ohio 45314. The Sponsor may be contacted at support@playready.golf.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 29, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
Method A: Referral Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, existing Play Ready Golf subscribers may share their unique referral code with others. Each time a new user subscribes to the Play Ready Golf app using the referrer's unique code, the referrer will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is no limit on the number of referral entries a participant may earn during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the referring subscriber receives an entry. The referred subscriber does not receive an entry by virtue of signing up through a referral code.
Method B: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). No purchase, subscription, or referral is required to enter. To enter without making or generating a purchase, eligible participants may use either of the following free entry methods:
a) Online Entry: Visit playready.golf/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the free entry form by providing your full name and email address. Limit one (1) free online entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
b) Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Play Ready Golf Refer & Win Sweepstakes, 251 N Main St, Cedarville, OH 45314. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped envelope. Entries must be postmarked by April 12, 2026 and received by April 19, 2026.
All methods of entry carry equal weight. Each valid entry, whether earned through a referral or submitted through the free AMOE, represents one (1) equal entry in the random drawing. Entries are non-transferable. Any attempt to enter by any method other than as described herein is void.
5. Drawing and Winner Selection
On or about April 13, 2026, the Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative using a random number generator. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
6. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive $100.00 in cash. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $300.00. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a digital payment (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or check at the Sponsor's discretion). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is limited to one (1) prize.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor may require the winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to provide their Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes if required by law. The Sponsor will comply with all applicable IRS reporting requirements.
9. General Conditions
By entering, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at playready.golf/privacy. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Ohio.
13. Third-Party Disclaimers
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., or any other third party. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor, not to Apple, Google, or Meta.
14. Winner List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Play Ready Golf Refer & Win Sweepstakes, 251 N Main St, Cedarville, OH 45314. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.
